 I would like to recognize an amazing ER nurse who truly went above and beyond. Kendyl was not only incredibly skilled and efficient when starting his IV, but she also provided the experience with such kindness, and genuine care. Kendyl’s wonderful personality helped ease the moment (hes stubborn, haha) and made him feel comfortable, valued, and cared for. Her compassion, professionalism, and sincere concern reflect exactly what an exceptional nurse looks like. Kendyl’s truly caring presence made a lasting impact on both of us. Thank you for everything you do and for being the kind of nurse who makes a meaningful difference in the lives of your patients and their families. Duncan is blessed to have you!

We frequently have patients who need MRIs or injections scheduled urgently, and she consistently responds within an hour of receiving our message, keeping us informed every step of the way. Yesterday, for example, while Dr. Morgan was performing procedures, she requested that an additional patient be added to the schedule. Jordon immediately contacted the patient and secured a 3:00 p.m. appointment. Later that same day, another patient was running late, and Jordon quickly confirmed they could still be seen, updating both our team and Radiology to ensure everyone stayed aligned.  Even when we provide a week’s notice, she not only schedules the patient’s imaging promptly but also helps ensure results are available before the appointment.  She continually goes above and beyond to support our providers and ensure patients receive the services they need as quickly as possible. Her responsiveness, communication, and dedication are truly appreciated

Katie Coggins, RN

Intensive Care Unit

 Katie does an amazing job. She is excellent at recognizing changes in cardiac rhythm, and we are lucky to have her watching over the patients. The past weekend, she recognized a change and was able to get the patient to a higher level of care.
