EX-OFFICIO MEMBERS

Jay received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1990 from Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma.  He earned his Master of Health Administration degree in 1994 from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in Richmond, Virginia.

Jay began his career at Parkland Health and Hospital System in Dallas, Texas followed by nine years at Stillwater Medical Center and five years at Mercy Hospital-Ardmore.  In August 2010, Jay began serving as the President and CEO of Duncan Regional Hospital (DRH). 

​

Professionally, Jay is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and currently serves as the chairman of the Vizient Oklahoma/Arkansas region and chairman for the Cancer Centers of Southwest Oklahoma. He also serves on the board of the Oklahoma Hospital Association and as a Region 7 (Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas) delegate for the American Hospital Association's Regional Policy Board. In 2015, he was named Outstanding Alumni for Cameron University, and he is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma class 29.

Locally, Jay is, past president of the Duncan Public Schools Foundation, chairman of the Duncan Area Economic Development Foundation, a member of Duncan Rotary and a member of Duncan First United Methodist Church.  

Personally, he’s married to Sarah Hill Johnson. They have twin boys, Ben and Nick.

Doug received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Michigan State University in 1983.  He became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1986.

Doug has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field. He was Vice President, Finance at Southern Health Corporation, Atlanta, GA; Chief Financial Officer at Great Lakes Rehabilitation Hospital, Southfield, MI and at Hutcheson Medical Center, Fort Oglethorpe, GA before he came to Duncan Regional Hospital in 2010 to be the CFO.

Doug is a member of the Marlow Lions Club and he is a graduate of Leadership Duncan class 17. He completed a seven year term with the United Way, serving 1 ½ years as Chair..

Personally, he’s married to Pam. They have two children, Jon and Nicole, and three grandchildren.

Cyndi has been with Duncan Regional Hospital since 2007. As the Director of the DRH Health Foundation, Cyndi provides leadership for all aspects of philanthropy for the Hospital, including principal gifts, events and planned giving. In 2016, she assumed the Marketing/PR responsibilities for the Hospital as well.

Cyndi is a graduate of Baylor University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She received a Masters degree in Organizational Development from the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, she has earned her Certified Fund Raising Executive designation. The Association of Fundraising Professionals – Oklahoma City Chapter named her the 2016 Outstanding Fundraiser – Outside of OKC.

Cyndi is a graduate of Leadership Duncan Class XVII, a member of the Leadership Duncan Steering Committee, a board member of Chisholm Trail Arts Council (serving as vice president), One True Light, and American Association of University Women (serving as president). Additionally she is a Linked One mentor and a Duncan Noon Lion.

Married to Mitchell who owns his own business, MetCoat Inc., they have two sons, Matthew and Marc.
