Misty demonstrated the deep thoughtfulness and compassion that defines our team by personally delivering American flags to all of our patients who are veterans on Veterans Day. Her meaningful gesture honored their service and reflected the heart of our mission by showing gratitutde, respect, and genuine care to those we serve.

Shelby Crump, RN
BIRTH CENTER
Shelby was with my daughter for two consecutive nights at the Birth Center. When my daughter cleaned the Birth Center out of cranberry juice, Shelby left the floor to locate more. She was great with any and all requests from my daughter. Her positive presence during labor and delivery did not go unnoticed. She is kind, patient, and an excellent nurse.

Sarah Renfro, RN
INTENSIVE CARE UNIT
Sarah is always there when someone needs a hand or a kind word. Her compassion for patients and the support of her team make her a shining example of what great nursing is all about. We are so grateful for the care and the heart she brings to every shift.

Tyler Riggs
MATERIALS MANAGEMENT
We had a patient who thought they had left an item at the hospital after discharge. Believing the items might be in the discarded sheets, Tyler reached out to the linen company twice to locate the items. Unfortunately, the item wasn't found, but I really appreciate the effort that Tyler put forth in not only trying to locate the missing item but also following up with the linen company. DRH is blessed to have Tyler.
This is Tyler's 2nd honor.

Jeff Arnold

Jeff assisted a clinic's team with a security concern. He was very calm and collected, showing compassion and kindness while also helping the staff to feel safe. He allowed the management staff to address the situation but also assisted when necessary. His quick response and high standards of professionalism were very much appreciated. Thank you Jeff!
