 Your compassionate patient care, thoughtful approach, and exceptional critical-thinking skills have made a meaningful difference in moments that mattered most. Your ability to problem solve complex clinical issues has directly contributed to positive patient outcomes and has inspired the team around you. Thank you for bringing excellence, heart, and dedication to every ICU shift.

We made two visits to the ER because my daughter was ill. PJ went above and beyond on both of our visits to see her. He lifted her spirits and gave her a bunch of stickers to put a smile on her face. It's the little things that mean the most. Thank you so much!

Kat is always so pleasant, kind, and caring. Her bedside manner really makes the patients feel comfortable. She is the best at what she does and really knows how to communicate with the patients. She always comes to the floor with an amazing attitude. She always goes above and beyond for the patients and makes them feel like they matter. Kat is the best.

This is Kat's 2nd Honor.

Kim went above and beyond to support her team members as well as all of nursing during a systems downtime to repair some critical electrical equipment. She helped to organize interim equipment and processes ahead of time but also came on site during the overnight outage to make sure all was well.
