Crysal is everything that an IT team member should be. She is invaluable when printer issues happen and doesn't mind doing the legwork to get it fixed. Very grateful for Crystal.

Allison is genuinely one of the most compassionate nurses I’ve ever had the privilege of working with. Recently, we had a patient experiencing a severe mental health crisis. It was challenging to establish communication or build any rapport. Allison stepped in without hesitation and embraced the patient with warmth and understanding. Through her calm presence and empathetic approach, she was able to ground the patient. Allison met her exactly where she was, offering comfort before anything else. And that’s precisely what the patient needed in that moment. It was one of the most heartfelt and moving interactions I’ve witnessed in my 10 years as an ER nurse. A true reminder of the power of compassion and the importance of leading with our hearts in patient care. Thank you, Allison, for setting the standard and for being a light in some of our patients' darkest moments. It's an honor to work with you!

Ronni from night shift was my wife's nurse. She was kind, compassionate, undertanding, and caring. She made not only my wife's night easy, she made me feel comfortable being there with her. Thank you DRH for having such a loving nurse to care fro my loved one and for me. 

Jojeanna took such great care of my son in the Emergency Department. I truly appreciate everything she did for him. Thank you!

Amanda is an outstanding nurse and a tremendous asset to our team. Though she is still relatively new to the Emergency Department RN role, she has truly thrived and has quickly become an integral part of both our team and the community we serve. Recently, Amanda was the primary RN for a critically ill patient and handled the situation with composure, confidence, and exceptional skill. Her ability to remain calm under pressure, combined with clinical competence and sharp critical thinking, is far beyond what is typically expected at her level of experience. It has been incredibly rewarding to watch Amanda’s growth, from her early days as an ER tech in nursing school to the skilled, compassionate Emergency Nurse she is today. We are so lucky to have her on our team here at DRH!

Dr. Petersen took great care of my son in the Emergency Department. He also made sure we were able to follow up with a cardiologist very quickly. Thank you so much!

Tawnee is an absolute rockstar in the emergency department. She works incredibly hard and never hesitates to step up when needed. Whether it's helping nurses, taking initiative, or going the extra mile for our patients, Tawnee is always there with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. She's dependable, competent, and consistently puts the needs of the team and our patients first. We are so thankful to have her on our ED team. Her dedication doesn’t go unnoticed!
