Nola Sue Beall Nursing Scholarship
Established by her husband, Fallis, and children, Leigh Ann and Robert, this scholarship is to provide assistance to those wishing to become a RN.
Sue Beall was known for her generosity, compassion and especially for her love of Duncan. Throughout her life she impacted different areas of the community from being a business owner, Main Street Duncan, United Way, Waurika Lake project, Simmons Center and, of course, Duncan Regional Hospital. Sue was very supportive of the hospital and believed in the education of nurses.
Sue was the recipient of 2017 DRH Health Foundation’s “Friend of the Foundation” award. Additionally, through the years she was named Woman of the Year by the Duncan Chamber of Commerce, served as the Chamber’s first woman president, and received the Liberty Bell award for Citizenship.
